Before

The Story: Rockville Centre, Long Island, New York – True story (soon to be in paperback) – two days before sale, another company was going to run an estate sale like this. The executor of the estate was in a panic. Someone recommended us. The estate put a note on the front door and postponed the sale. Three weeks later, we ran the sale and turned this into that below…garbage into some unearthed treasures beneath all the debris that became over 150 Benjamins i.e. over $15,000! Needless to say, we use the family of this estate as another one of referral sources.

Evaluating contents

Evaluating contents

Your items are priced according to current fair market value. We research to ensure the best possible prices for your possessions. We hire outside experts when necessary in the field of coins, stamps, comics, jewelry, and art. This appraisal process helps guarantee the best fair market price for your treasures.

Staging

Staging

We transform the home into a department store, by beautifully displaying/organizing all items on tables, showcases and garment racks. See our before and after section photographs. We will use police caution tape to separate off any private areas. We also have on staff a retired New York City police officer as an extra level of security.
