This is a high quality high resolution reproduction on 70 lb. thick stock paper 1907 W.O.L. Westguard plat atlas map of Utica,  New York.  It is in mint condition and measures 24 x 36.

Plat 8 of Utica runs from Miller Street to the P. Hoffman Estate and from Pleasant Street to Square Street.
